I tried goat milk kifer & yogurt and found that I was allergic to both. All kinds of kifer & yogurt (cow, buffalo, goat) produces allergic reaction in me. Get full body-aches for 24+ hrs from them. As for juices, it is mix of vegetables & fruits. I'm also allergic to most fruits & some vegetables like tomatoes, spinach & carrot. I used juice made of pomegranate, blueberry, apple, avocado, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, hemp seeds & cucumber in various combination along with probiotics from renew life & garden of life. I stayed on juice only diet for a month & didn't see any improvements.
