Day 5 & feeling slightly better health-wise. Strictly consuming only water of life (body fluid) & water and nothing else. On the emotional/mental side it's mixed. Mood swings, deeper breathing, slower bodily movements which is all expected on fasting. On the positive side, bodily instincts seem to have got sharper. Cravings diminishing, understanding what is going on in my body, what I should be eating, doing in life in general, etc. My ADHD is also very much in control. Still having the slight feeling of being starving but not as bad as yesterday. Overall, feeling more optimist & instinctively feeling that this practice is gonna work and soon I'll in control of my IBD/Colitis.
