I have the exact same thing happening. it has been going on for almost a year. the worms in lungs was recent about 2-3 months. the time frame you list is very accurate. forget the camera and go on amazon and by a handheld USB microscope. it will change everything. I can send you link to my pictures. recently unfortunately there was blood or more like veins in my sputum. Doctors have been useless because when i go im on a off time and they say I'm fine this last week i was in full bloom with the skin etc and went to dermatologist. this time i took my usb scope and laptop. his eyes fell out of his head. he said uh i think you need to go to infectious disease. do any of the worms ever have a black spot on the tip? I truly believe this is a fungal disease mixed with something not good. A fly. a very very tiny fly. like a fungus gnat. I have felt them seen them come out of my face. Nasal is the main site. I have pulled live flies in pupa out. the reason they are not causing too much noticable is they are small... we are told be most places that those flies do NOT cause myiasis. but there have been recent cases with it happening. They are not biting into skin but enter through nose. but the larvae do bite through. either these or a biting midge.

but many fungal infections have worm like morphology but since i have found flies in pupa in my nose its the most likely
