Re: A photo of a small roundworm found in the phlegm

Ok, this is so disgusting but I know I have this. I started coughing back in late February of this year, sinus congestion, no sore throat, have tried all types of things prescribed by the lung Doctor. I have been hospitalized for not being able to breath in September, got better, relapsed and have been on Prednisone for a while now. I would wheeze a lot and feel that "something" was at the base of my throat. I recently was outside on a "good"day for me, it was cold still, but was coughing while raking leaves. What I coughed up looked like a whole wad of those things, sticky too, very hard to get out, but I immediately felt so much better and stopped wheezing and actually feel sorta good for a change. I didn't think to snap a picture of it, but your right, the doctors even while I was in the hospital didn't want to think parasite. Now what can I do? Is is going to come back?
