Re: Cortisol and Vitamin C

Faith, you have made the most sense :)

I actually felt far better on my raw food diet to be honest, eating all this cooked vegetables is such hard work. my digestion actually started working naturally again after 11 years on laxatives when I started eating raw and felt much more full of life even with the chronic insomnia..I never really ate much fruit though... Ive actually never felt this exhausted in my life since starting the slow oxidiser diet and eating meat again. I feel like my kidney and liver are in pain with the amount of inflammation in my back...eat SOD buy Ibuprofen :)Maybe I should try going with the soups, do you find they dont make you feel as heavy?

I agree with feeling fuller for longer, I dont wake up after my two hours sleeps hungry as much as I used to but strangely my sleep has gotten worse.

I intend to incorporate some fruit soon, every cell in the human body needs glucose to survive,so restricting it is just plain irresponsible really but at times is needed. I could tolerate the carrot juice, put my in an instant hypo crash, but a friend explained that there is so much fat in my diet due to the meat, throwing in high carb like that is going to mess a sensitive system around quite badly.High fat, high carb and high protien is a bad diet!

It must be so much easier surviving with AF in Florida, never have to deal with the sub zero temperatures and you have the sea close by! Possibly the best natural benzo ever :) My photo was taken in Miami three years back, my last over seas trip
