The Lam diet is better, more balanced, im evolving more towards it now...i did remain on a vegetarian/raw food diet when i was on their programme. There is always 80 10 10, which has more sense and logic in it than any others, considering the human wasnt even designed to eat meat en all. my only concern is that once your deep in AF it might not be the best to get you out...two weeks bed rest, and im managing to get to 2-3pm before i get jittery and the adrenaline surging starts...this progress ill be 103 before i manage a week :) Still no sleep at all but a clearer head..
