Cortisol and Vitamin C

Interesting article. I will summarize. Vitamin C has been shown to lower Cortisol in athletes post workout. So for people in the earlier stages of AF, this is good, when Cortisol is high. However, for those of us in the deeper stages it appears to be counter-intuitive. We have blunted Cortisol, so lowering it would help explain why some can't tolerate the Lam approach. Personally, I felt terrible after taking it. Be careful with high dosing when you are in deep AF.
