I eat plenty of eggs, brocolli, cauliflower and poultry.
Got to say that if I eat a big (200g) portion of broccoli or cauliflower I notice BIG improvements in everything - bowel movements, skin tone, moo, energy and even body fat %.
This journey is definitely like a jigsaw of self discovery. You seem to fall onto the right path if you stick at it long enough.
