It is difficult to recommend gold supplements, as it is little information about it. It is probably a good reason for it :) I use gold leafs.

- The easiest though is Colloidal Gold , but this is hard to come by in my country. Or, it would cost me a fortune, if not making it myself. I believe you can, same as with CS.

-I had a go on edible gold last spring (gold leafs) what happened was that my temperature went up conciderably. Hands burning, I became to hot, had to reduce Iodine for a while to adjust. I then had a 3 months pause from it, as I needed to know if it was my going off wheat, or the gold, that worked.

Later I adjusted gold with sulfur, taking gold like once a week, it has an effect on the glands, skin and general wellbeing (=temperature as to the original post)

I also knew about gold from homeopathy; but homeopatics have a different approach, Aurum met used with deep Depression and deep body pains, reumatism etc. But IMO an underused remedy, as they keep up appearances until...
