i'm at that point as well daniel... it's a tough call, as your lips heal the skin is looser and looser... my buildup came off when i was sleeping the other night... right now i'm using prevex which is a waxy barrier cream... keeps the buildup intact pretty well but you have to apply a layer of a moisturizer over it esp when sleeping or your lips will stick together.

also.. take baths.
