Its really important that you have a bowel movement and keep things going.

Bile is actually toxic to worms to the more bile coming out the better. I'm not sure whether flukes like to eat bile, I've never read that but maybe they do. coffee enema helps to make bile... so it is a very good idea for worm control. Put the garlic juice in there as well. I don't think things will get worse, only better. You need to have a bowel movement, every day when you are sick like this. Don't be scared of the coffee enema. It saves people's lives.

Very cold hands is a sign of high parasite load. Did you think about taking L Ornithine? Very good to reduce amonia which will become an issue for you. You really need to reduce amonia as well.

What is the feeling in your chest? Do you have wheezing?
