I can't barely think now so

You have to tell me how to use exactly zapped and if now would be ok cause I really fell they blocked the gallbladder. And feel liver blocked and enlarged can't breath
Sometime I feel I'm so stupid making a lot of mistake
Is anything I can do to help this
