Also sounds like you have an adult worm trying to dig into your bile duct possibly... I think that's what happened with me as well....

The garlic enema sounds good. Hopefully the worm will decide to exit out of the bile duct on its own accord... I think that's what happened to me after a few days of living hell... lots of stabbing pain in the liver area right on the rib margin.
