Re: Vitamin D levels drop with iodine

Yes, absorption can be the cause of some, but it doesn't explain my issues.

I didn't get tested and just go off of symptoms.

Taking iodine interferes with my D levels and my friends levels that are on iodine.

I try to go off of symptoms in order to determine my D levels because I don't have the money for tests.

So little is done regarding iodine research today that we definately need much more, but D research is all over the place.

I will definately, keep an eye on my D levels when supplementing iodine and I think it is important for those with cancer to do the same.

Perhaps, if we reach iodine sufficiency, we won't have to take as much vitamin D?
