Omega VRT

Yeah, I read that in wiki as well. This article here http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21138060 Is what got me excited. Because I realized I can buy things at the grocery store and experience them for myself. And if they are in the produce isle, I can most definately eat them (I dont have to experiment with a crazy compound that isnt supposed to be consumed)

I want to see how far I can take my health/body.

I have been juicing pretty hard. 180 mg of Iodine, all the supplements to go with it. Ozonated water/oils. Xylitol. Cut out all the white flour that I can no rice. 10,000 IU D3. DM.SO/MSM. etc. Ive had probably... 3 herx reactions, maybe more. I was forced to clear my liver/gallbladder at one point. Im assuming I detoxed a lot of metal. My mouth tasted like I was chewing on aluminum for three weeks. At one point I could sleep 3-5 hours a day and I was bouncing off the walls with energy (this was when I was breathing in higher forms of oxygen, which I only do when im sick now) I cured my allergies. And I swear, I caught and cured the flu in 16 hours. This was amazing to me (just did this).

Next thing im looking for is a source for bulk Vitamin K2.

I can push myself pretty hard now and not get a healing reaction. So I keep upping the ante. I thought I was healthy before this, apparently the inside doesnt always match the outside :). Because I was NOT expecting to see these pure white blobs.

I realized that herbs are considered medicine, while greens are more considered food. I then thought about what is it specifically in the foods that is contributing to all the health benefit. I read somewhere that the oils are considered the life blood of the plant, or the spirit. So I looked into this after experimenting with tea tree oil, which main mode of action is terpinen-4-ol. I then discovered that Vitamin A is a terpene. I went onto the National Institute of Health, and saw they where experimenting with a form of Terpenes for use on Cancer. I then read about a doctor was using a form of terpenes to allegedly cure all sorts of things. This got me into investigating terpenes. If vitamin A is a terpene, what other Terpenes are at that level, but just dont have the label of "vitamin". This seems a little sneaky to me, to create a box called vitamins. I want to look outside that box, for new ideas.  If you arent aware of this connection, is it possible we are missing out on a whole host of compounds that could be super powerful?

I then looked into a herb (I think it was sheeps sorrel), and I found the definition for each compound in sheep sorrel, in that first level of definitions where more medicalese terms that I had to define, basically on the third level down of definitions. I found out exactly how the compounds where interacting at the cellular level. And I realized that these compounds are detoxing the cell in different ways. It is my opinion that the term "anti cancer" is a term used to dumb down what the compound is actually doing. Because if you find the definition for each compound, and then find the definition for what each compound is activating, and then define what each object that the compound is working on. You will find a relatively simple answer. It is detoxing the cell. But superficially it will just have a label of "anti cancer". Apologies if I am not conveying this correctly. But this was an important find for me.

I know nothing about chemistry, but every time I lookup the definitions for these compounds. They always mention how they can interact with oxygen, and other compounds forming more complex, or less complex structures. I want to get the compounds as they are. No heating, and no whipping them up (oxygenating). I also need them interacting with all the other structures that they are bundled with. (I dont want some oil/terpene that has already been extracted in a lab). My ultimate goal, would be to map out each terpene that is worth my time, and have a definition of the exact method of what they are doing inside the cell. I can then see how individual components work, and what other components would benefit from each other.

If people reading this find this interesting definately chime in.
