Rosemary may be the most powerful thing I have ever juiced.
I usually juice 20-40oz of green juice a day. Usually Kale, parsley, cabbage, chard, dandelion, peppers, broccoli etc. Two days ago, I added the needles of a rosemary branch about a foot in length to my juice. Does anyone have experience with this?
I have never felt something so powerful in a juice. The taste is fine, I have no problems with it. Once I drank it, I noticed the liquid seemed heavy in my stomach. For a moment I felt the liver experience some discomfort. As well as some rumblings from liver and what Im assuming was the gallbladder. (gonna start a
Liver Flush soon, not excited about ES)
Every now and then when I hit the toilet I will notice a small pure white blob either on the end of a stool, sometimes with a tiny bit of mucus. Or slightly embedded inside. Wont be very long, and only a piece or two and definately not every day. The BM after rosemary juice there was about a 4x increase in this. The second time I used rosemary juice same thing, except this time, no white blobs, I looked carefully and there was white specks dispersed throughout the stool.
I am going to start experimenting further with incorporating terpenes from other plants.
juicing the outermost layer of citrus etc. I know about the Daniels protocol, but im not willing to take it that far. When I can juice things I find in the produce section that have terpenes.
I use a lot of other health related compounds/therapeutics so for me to feel this from Rosemary was a big deal. I will be experimenting further!
Also, I use a screw type juicer, this may help get the oils out.
