Great to hear of your improvements. There seem to be so many different ideas and ratio's surrounding calcium/magnesium. Some say to take 2:1(ARL)cal/mag and some say 1:1 and my naturopath doc here says 1:2.
My ND also told me that magnesium glycinate is the best form to take. She claims it is the most bioavailable.
I am currently taking a 1:1 ratio but don't want to rock the NB boat too much.
