I wish it worked for me. I just have so many heavy meatals in me that it is gonna take time and very weak adrenal glands.
I was just on another group where I got that article I posted.
I was told to eat cashews (high in magnessium as well as taking my dose of magnesium), to avoid stress, stress depletes so many mineral including magnessium. Plus to avoid acohol (not a fan anyway).
Glad your friend is getting help too with the magnesium.
