I have had adrenal fatigue, and worsening for 23 years, but only in the last year I found out what it was. In fact 2 years ago I was so energy deficient I thought I was going to die, I had absolutely zero energy.
Recently I found out that 80-90% of us all have symptoms of adrenal fatigue. I also found out about a week ago that 80-90% of us have magnesium deficiencies. And the list of symptoms for magnesium deficiency is pretty close to that of adrenal fatigue. Our diets really are devoid of magnesium and fertilizers and pesticides, alcohol, stress, etc, deplete them even more.
So I researched and found that the best two types of magnesium to take are magnesium malate and magnesium citrate. On Friday I took 800mg of the citrate and instantly my energy returned, my
Depression lifted and my
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome went away.
The RDA is 400mg, but the link below states we probably need more for optimum health, so I upped it to 800mg.
i have had sweating for the last 10 years as well, I thought I was going mad, and since taking the magnesium it has all but disappeared.
The malate version is supposed to be the best form to take given a choice.
I thought I would share this, as like me, getting any sort of real help for a not recognized condition is near impossible.
