Re: Candida Die Off and Sore Throat/Ear Ache

I'm having so much trouble eating, I'm sure it's too little. I estimated using that tool just now and it looks like it was about 950 yesterday.

I've been eating:

Smoothies of spinach or kale, green apple, almonds, greek yogurt (plain) and stevia
Eggs fried in coconut oil
chicken (when I can swallow it)

garlic and ginger "tea" (boiling water over minced garlic and ginger)
detox tea from native naturals
tons of water

I went and got lots of other foods that are candida friendly but am having so much trouble swallowing it's difficult to eat anything else. Tweet
