First I said "in the direction" of eating 80-10-10, not necessarily eat exactly that.
Second, what are you going to fuel all your cells with if not by sugar, especially your brain? Why do you think low-carbers (I was one of them) are always craving carbs, feeling brain-fog, binging on sweets, and needing stimulants? It's because they are under-carbed and not getting enough
Sugar into their cells.
The only sugars that are bad are highly man-made processed sugars, not sugars from fruit, unless you think God or Mother Nature f***ed up.

Sugar levels test not only in normal range, but perfect range.
If you look in the raw food/vegetarian/health food movement, the only ones who say too much fruit is bad are the ones who are selling supplements and gimmicks.
