I agree with Seattlek, especially about the diet part. I would not advise anyone to do 80% carbs unless when you say carbs, you mean vegetables? Fruit is full of Sugar and bread/potatoes/starches turn into sugar. I'm NOT saying fruit and lets say sweet potatoes are bad. But I think each person will find a different diet that works for them... Ultimately, common sense tells you that vegetables are good for you.
