Re: AF, Hashimoto's, estrogen dominance and 15 years of SSRIs. Is there any hope for recovery?
I'm thinking diet is the biggest part of your problem and most people here for that matter.
After being real sick for years and taking every supplement under the sun, a high-carb/low-fat diet is what has gotten me so much better from the high protein, high fat, low fruit diet I was on.
Basically you want to eat a diet in the direction of 80-10-10; 80% carbs, 10% protein, and 10% fats. Whole unprocessed foods of course with a lot of raw food. Lots of fruit too!
A lot of your issues look like you're not getting enough carbs and calories also which can cause lots of psychological issues along with physical issues of course. You want to get most of your calories from fruit, tubers (eg potatoes, carrots), or whole grains although for you, you'll probably want to avoid grains for awhile in case you have leaky gut syndrome (autoimmune).
At least get the following amount of calories per day: 2,500 (female) or 3,000 (male).
Also the amount of carbs you should get per day is 5 grams times your healthy body weight.
If you have
Sugar cravings, that definitely means you're not getting enough carbs per day and be aware that eating too much fat can block your body's ability to absorb enough glucose into your cells.
Here's a good free site to help you calculate your food intake:

Here's one of my favorite diet lifestyle sites with some people improving with your condition that might further help you:

Even though that site is a fully raw and vegan site, you don't necessarily have to be in my opinion, but definitely get closer in that direction.
All the best!
