I don't understand the Theresa Vernon page, sorry. So much conflicting information. Low carb diets? Normal carb diets? Eat fruit? Eat nothing that contains any sugar? Take glandulars? Avoid glandulars?

Marie, if you have time and inclination, could you brief me on how you do NB and how it helped you?

Also, can anyone answer is it safe to take adrenal medications and thyroid medications? I have Hashimoto's AND hypothyroid (and estrogen dominance to further compound matters).

Not to dismiss everyone's advice but with at least three systemic diseases going on I'm feeling extremely bleak and my head is full of dark thoughts.
