Re: Adrenal exhaustion but cannot take HC. What can I do???

Hi onedayspoon:

Could you point me in the direction of the exact posts? Onward and Marie64 appear to be very active forum members so i'm not sure where to begin.

Could you advise at all about nutritional balancing and supplements? AS of today I have gone gluten free, and cut out refined sugars. I'm planning to eat six to eight small meals per day (actually I've been doing this for the last week and it has done nothing for my hypoglycemia, dizziness and extreme vertigo, let alone given me energy to do more than get washed and dressed.)

I've heard about the problems of introducing T3 meds, however, the circadian T3 method has been used by some people with AF successfully. I'm not sure how severe their AF was. Mine seems like a stage 5 or 6 (out of 7).

Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I currently have no choice but to go it alone, hence why I am asking for help here. The only thing my endo is willing to do right now is up my T4 meds. If that doesn't work he says he could possibly prescribe me hydrocortisone. Neither of those are options for me.

Sorry if I'm being a bit of a pest.
