OUCH. I am sorry for the delayed reply. I dont know how to turn set my account so I get messages in my email. I actually found out why this happened. I had elevated mold count the place i was living in so fermenting things would naturally make them very unhealthy. Maybe check the area where you fermented it. Obviously it picked up not beneficial bacteria and fungi from the air. Hope you are feeling better!!! Tweet
