Thank You for this wonderful story Hope. I sent to to friends. I'm trying to figure out how to make kefir and I've never tried kombucha but I will make some of that too. They both sound very healing.
I just don't understand how you, and others, can resist all the tasty foods and just eat raw!?!
I wish I had that much will power. My stomach is bloated and painful right now but I'm going out to Red Lobster for dinner tonight and I'm not just eating a salad!
