I have started taking the following ayurvedic medicines:
Vidangarishta (supposed to be anti-parasitic)
Kutaj tablets (for improving digestion)
Sanjeevani vati tablets (for the farts and strengthening the immune system
Also i am taking lots of fresh coconut, dried coconut, tender coconut water and Virgin coconut oil for their anti-parasitic properties. VCO especially seems to help me a lot as it does not need bile to digest. I am also taking garlic capsules as I cannot handle raw garlic.

My G.I doctor has given me the following medicines to be had for 10 days to be followed by colonoscopy and X-ray of the small intestine

Satronidazole, Rifaximin, Stelbid and a probiotic and prebiotic called velgut

Hoping that a combination of allopathic and ayurvedic medications do the trick.
