I fill up the blender with greens. I rotate them because they can be toxic over time if you use the same one.

Then I add 2 cups of water and grind them up.

Then a banana and 2 small apples, pineapple, berries etc.. Dates or grapes to sweeten.

If frozen fruit is not used I use a little ice. Dilute with water for desired consistency.
