Thanks. That's encouraging. Careful what you put in those smoothies maybe. For ex. hypothyroidism is, what I saw, the most common health problem in America. There are soy products in so many foods, people even buy soy drinks & add it to smoothies, and it is a MAJOR goitrogen, though you may not notice that for some time. Also spinach and brocolli, & well, lots of things out there being juiced are goitrogens. I used to juice a lot using a lot of them. Now I am hypothyroid & hypoadrenal. Just fyi.
