Re: Slow results with NB. Is this normal?

Hi Onedaysoon- I have been doing NB for the last 11 months. My progress really picked up when I consistantly avoided foods that I am intolerant to. For me these are gluten, dairy, Sugar and any and all processed foods.

The other thing that had the greatest impact was I started seriously working on chronic infections since the 6th month. parasites can put a huge strain on the body and really cause severe fatigue and a whole host of other symptoms.

I dare to say that I am now about 90% healed. I am currently receiving treatments for infections at a clinic in Mexico. After only 5 days I have had a very, very dramatic inprovement.

I suspect many of us have chronic infections that are being overlooked.

Symptoms to suspect are constipation, diahrea, headaches, gas, bloating, stomach upset, fatigue, waking in the middle of the night, grinding teeth in your sleep, restless legs, rashes, boils, etc.

I think it is important for each of us to try and determine what is holding us back. I have had to change diet to Paleo, remove amalgams, purify drinking water, parasite and colon cleanse, stop using toxic beauty products, eliminate stress, forgive everyone for everything and a few other things.

Best of Health
