Trauma was probably the first thing I worked on to regain my health. Some of us here have dealt with our traumas and still remained sick.
In my own case I have done many things since then to regain my health. The chronic infections seem to be the last piece of the puzzle considering how great I have been feeling this last week. I am able to walk briskly for 1.5 hours each morning. I couldn't do that 10 days ago.
I only share from my own experience. And according to my hubby I am still grinding my teeth at night. Or at least I was 10 days ago as he is not here with me. So yes I do buy what that article reads because I had mosst of those symptoms.
