for cooking do you only use olive oil? i mostly eat steamed vegetables but like sweet potatoes, acorn/butternut squash, golden beets best baked in the oven and if you dont put oil on them they get too dry. problem is i have learned most olive oil sold is not pure olive oil but a mix containing canola oil. the real stuff is expensive, like 20 bucks for a small bottle. i was thinking of trying red palm or coconut oil to bake with.
