Trying to learn to detox

I don't know at all the actual theraputic values of what I'm up to, by my salivary glands have been hyperactive the past few days. I'm doing my second pout of oil pulling right now on extra virgin olive oil (unfortunately a fw months old now), but I don't currently mind the taste, and soaking my feet in it felt very good. My first 5-10 minutes of it gave a very thick buttery-color result almost right away.

My cat has started the teddy-bear sort of snuggling in seeking heat, he's under my right arm right now. I'm left-hand BTE amputee.

My gums have felt like they want to bleed for the past two or three days, so I went back to oil pulling tonight. My first was flax-seed oil, and I kept the bottles happily.

I'm a bit addicted to the molasses drink. I love it, honestly. Tommorrow is two fresh pineapples at a good price, and organic carrots and potatoes. Beef, too. Rage at me all you like, you protein-haters, but I need my basic building blocks again!

Cheerful and relieved, a light bit of head-heaviness and hoping for a better night's sleep tonight on an adjusted insulin basal rate,
-mew.
