I admit to being a bit confused by your post. I'm assuming you are still suffering from the effects of chelating before Amalgam removal, right?

I recommend you drink lots of water and go to the bathroom as often as possible. Also, go to a sauna or at least make yourself sweat and then shower off. These things should help flush some of the mercury out and help you feel at least a bit better.

Of course, there's no real substitute for getting those toxic things out of your teeth, followed by systematic chelation.
