Re: Best way to handle starting too early on chelators? (Dental amalgam)
I upped the ratio of
Sea Salt to molasses, and have started drinking more water, slowly. Tommorrow I plan to go to the apotek and look for foot salts. I also used the kelp powder as a salt addative in my dinner, but I am still taking it moment by moment, I rushed too fast with water flushing after what I suspect was a full-blown calcium-bentonite bath soak yesterday.
I mean to stick to the
Bentonite foot baths, light supplemental magnesium and foot salts from here on out, to gentlify the process. My feet currently are very dry.
I have a lot more sleepiness in a more natural way since the approximate 1gram of
Iodine from the kelp powder, though I am still wanting to find proper Dulce, thanks to a message from a fellow board member.
This, by the way, is the basic way to handle the beginning or continuing of kidney stones.
kidney stones are a passing of calc-crystals or an overload of calcium and other alkaline-salt-refusing minerals. (Aka, those that haven adversarial relationship in water).
Be careful with calcium bentonite. The skin has a huge affinity (absorbtion rate) for it, and this is basic calcium load at a level that has to be handled with gradual kidney flushing. I am trying to be careful not to do the water flushing fast and cause stones. The problem with magnesium citrate is that the
citric acid urges calcium and magnesium flushing when absorbed in a high vitamin D3 person, so it should not be rushed with the water.
This is why folk say they feel very weak after
Bentonite baths- the salt balance has to be restored.
Right now it feels like two little nodules at the back of my throat are tingling. At age 7-8 I had my tonsils and adnoids removed, but it might be another anatomy part.
... Oh. That's the top of the thyroid, possibly the parathyroid. O.o;
I avoided extra supplements saturday and sunday (yesterday and today), and concentrated on the gentle molasses/salt solution in water, warm, and used the kelp powder, and ate some.
APPLES! I keep forgetting apples. This is the season for local apple harvest, and I ate them all last night while I was sleep deprived to keep water and blood
Sugar levels up. The ones I have were stored in the dark at my greengrocers, but put out in front of the store when it was time to sell them cheaper, out in the light. Near the street. >.<
Fruit pectin (fiber) and natural vitamin C is ideal. Otherwise I've just been lightly nauseous here and there. My mom is sending me some brewer's yeast, I hope it comes fast. :x (pucker-lipped emoticon)
My head is wandering into the thought of standing up for myself with my local doctor, he only respects people that tell him hands down exactly how their own treatment is going to go. My hubby has stood up for himself, but I am shy like a rabbit.
