I wanna knock out this pressure and pain now...

it's been like 6 months with it, at first everyone blamed the liver, did flushes and they didn't help. probably cause it wasn't liver, it's the colon. my bowel movements have become very thin. I can't tolerate the IF1 it causes pain, my doctor thought it was an ulcer.

I've tried slippery elm, it didn't help. went threw bags of it. so perhaps it's bacteria or parasitic based inflammation. it's mainly under right rib cage. I wanted to do if1 and if2 but the if1 causes too much pain. I will barely have a bowel movement without it though so I didn't wanna take the if2 without something.

any ideas? I took a break from all those diets that were killing me. seems any grains or roughage causes problems.

once I get a handle on this I can do a Liver Flush again, I don't think I should be doing them if I have intestinal inflammation.

I have been taking licorice root and white oak bark, but it's too early to tell if it's working.

if I can't get results from some natural therapy I'm doing a colonoscopy, I'm tired of all the natural stuff that is so extreme it's killing me. all the crazy diets were starving me. I've done multiple parasite cleanses with unusual formula or humaworm. I got sick during last cleanse and backed off but I was thinking it was causes by ammonia.

I'm not really taking anything except the licorice root and white oak bark. I haven't taken any Valium in 6-7 days now. I was in a circumstance where I had to eat regular food lately and have continued it to gain some weight.

going to maybe try the specific carbohydrate diet when I get some money again, it seemed to help a lil bit but I only did the intro diet for a day before I was forced to eat regular food.
