Re: feel worse

The average life expectancy of a pro athlete is 62. You would think it would be so much longer considering they were fit and healthy most of their lives. You would think their bodies were well conditioned and that they would live a very long time. Well the sad truth is nobody has been telling these guys about the minerals they sweated out of their bodies in their prime, minerals like magnesium. If the body gets low on that mineral you can drop dead in a heartbeat because the heart will cease to work without it. There have been pro, college and high school athletes dropping dead for that very reason.Triathletes and amateur athletes running marathons, 10ks etc, dropping dead from that very same cause. Where is the public information about the value of these minerals? Its not there, but guess what is, there are drug ads all over the place. Health and nutrition? Forget about who needs that when there are drugs all over the air waves and hospitals running ads for victims. We are living in a medical dictatorship, face facts.
