I'm not sure if baking soda has anything to do with your situation and i highly doubt eating yogurt for a few days will cure candida overgrowth. If the yogurt has Sugar in it, it actually will feed candida.

My wife started having rapid heart rates, chest pains and shortness of breath all of a sudden a few months ago, which she never had before. After a few doctors and tests, she was diagnosed for having atrial filbrilation with the underlying cause being a calcified mitral valve. Now she is taking blood thinners and other medicines and symptoms have receded but not eliminated.

However, we would like for her to get off these drugs and resort to natural healing if possible. So, she had a hair analysis done, which showed adrenal fatigue and off the charts mg/ca ratio. The naturopath that she went to said the test shows she has allergy toward Sugar intake and she has high levels of stress. She recommended some supplements but she has not yet tried, except for vitamin b complex which is supposed to help reduce stress levels. Tweet
