Re: Food Bits in Bowel movement

Hey, thanks for all the responses! Just to clarify, while I do have parasites/candida, I'm also pretty sure that what I'm seeing in my stool is undigested food bits. For instance, when I have tomatoes in my salad, I see a bunch of tomato peel bits in my bm on the next day. Yesterday, I ate no tomatoes and today I saw very little or no bits of tomato peels. Along with tomato peels, I also see lots of undigested leaf bits and white seed-like things. This is pretty worrisome to me since in the past 6 months that I've checked my bm, I've seen these undigested food bits in almost every one of them. It does not let up.

Right now, my diet mainly consists of salads, fish and on occasion, small servings of brown rice and red meat. I also recently began to incorporate sprouted bread and some fruit (a green apple or half a banana) into my diet since I'm concerned that I'm losing too much weight, and I have no energy from my previously sparse diet. So far, I have not really noticed adverse reactions from the letting up of my anti-candida/ parasite diet.

Along with HCL, I'm thinking of taking L-Glutamine to resolve my likely case of lgs. Has anyone had positive responses from L-Glutamine to cure lgs? I've taken digestive enzymes before but stopped because I'm afraid of becoming too dependent on them, although i might start again.

Thanks again for your responses!
