Re: Food Bits in Bowel movement

Well this will get shot down, to me it looks like lack of bile production and not necessarily from lack of HCL production. Are the stools pale or colored like the food still instead of brown?

Bananas and steak are healthy, but the combination could cause fatty liver and decreased bile and candida.....especially if you have a malabsorption disorder and keep increasing intake of fat and sugar. Bananas are high in Sugar compared to a lot of fruits. The food pyramid would point you to a high intake of the brown rice and a minimization of the banana and steak. Are you doing the opposite and really trying to increase protein with the steak?

I would propose replacing the banana with a colorful mix of veggies and keeping steak servings small and increasing carbs in potatoes and rice. I had this problem you mention before getting really bad candida and horrible malabsorption. HCL pills weren't useful.
