Re: Food Bits in Bowel movement
I think a lot of arguments tend to start here through the fact that despite being in similar situations we're all in a different boat.
For myself
Antibiotics were the cause , affected my intestines and now my liver is struggling to cope with whatever is going on there. It's taken me a long time to realize this and only now am I starting to truly understand what's wrong with my body. Taken from webmd.com ...
" Recent studies show that an overgrowth of bacteria in the small intestine and other changes in the intestine may be associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Some researchers now suspect this may play a role in the progression of NAFLD to NASH. "
For some people it's simply a bad diet that's caused their problem , maybe a fatty liver alone, there are different strains of bacteria and candida that can wreak havoc on your digestive system and each one requires different treatment and diet.
One thing I've noticed here is that the majority of people haven't had all the tests they would benefit from and are usually guessing at what's wrong with them assuming that something that works for someone else will work for them.
I genuinely believe most of the people here have liver problems even if they're focusing elsewhere. Whether that's the right way to go about it completely depends on their personal situation. I should probably be working on my intestines more than my liver but until I know exactly what's going on and receive my test results back there's no point in me guessing what's wrong and starving my body of energy on one of these ridiculous low carb diets.
