I just took a small amount of adrenal cortex extract right now. Hope things go well. I'll see if there are any nasty side effects. Like having racing thoughts, right?

Still, it'll help undo adrenal fatigue and hopefully the damn hypoglycemia, right? Then I can finally eat less while feeling better, and lose some weight. In the long run. I hope.
