I took "Adrenal Cortex"...i got it from Dr. Neville in Penn and i had a terrible reaction to it, i've heard it's been ok for other ppl though. For me i got rapid heard rate, palpitations, difficulty breathing, it made me go to the restroom really big, not diahrea though just really long and big, i was happy about that part.

I felt like i had "full ears" and that was scary, it felt like i would pass out. And this was just taking like 1/5th of a capsule
