I used the adrenal cortrex from Thorne a couple years ago. I took one per day for six months while working with an alternative MD. They really made no difference. Looking back maybe the dose wasn't high enough.

I agree with Sherpa. I started on Endo-dren about 4 months ago taking 3 per day. Now I take 2 per day as I find anymore than this is too stimulating. As the adrenals heal I think less is needed.
