Since you had a horrible reaction to it, how messed up were you before you took it?

As for me, my symptoms currently are being less energetic than I was in the past, and having abnormally high hunger (not ultra-high like it was when I first went off the foods I was intolerant to, but higher than it should be), and I'd like to lose this weight that my body doesn't want to get rid of (and my two walks EVERY DAY are not doing much at all).

So while I have problems, I wouldn't say my adrenals are crashed, but probably depleted from my alpha lipoic acid use to deal with my mercury toxicity.

What's pregnenolone, and what's it do? Why would I specifically need that as well?

Wow. I'm glad you told me that. It was only 10 bucks, and it's impressive something so cheap can be so powerful. Anyway, I'll definitely start with a super low dose, use it at first only on a weekend (so I won't be in work all messed up if something goes wrong), and see what happens.

Well, yesterday I took 2/5 of a capsule of adrenal cortex extract. I got the racing thoughts, anxiety, and INSOMNIA last night/right now. And a possible allergic reaction (itchiness, including in back of mouth, though that itchiness was minor) after eating almonds, even though I'd tolerated almond-based drinks and such perfectly fine before.

I guess I should stop this and stick with licorice root?

My impression from reading the label is that it contains whole adrenal. That is too stimulating for me too even though I have inattentive ADD. I just use a partial cap.

Hello. I just recently read your post. So you were or still are on Nutri Meds Adrenal Cortex?

How is it working for you? And symtpom wise how bad off were you?

I've been stuck in a severe stage of AF for the past 4 years. Even the standard protocal has not helped, maybe a little but than even the minorist of stressors will cause me to slip back or crash again and again, indicating my adrenal reserves are very low.

My ASI test results, all day long, four samples were very low. I've also been on hydrocortisone for 2 years and in the process of an 8 month slow taper per Dr. Neville.

In the meantime I really need additional support. The oral vitamin C and B5 has helped little as well as the ACE cortex drops. So Dr. Neveille suggesting to try the Nutri Meds, cortex.
Did you start out a a low dose to see how you react?
I am so sensitive to almost anything now ( also low clearance problems, per Dr. Lam, ) I bought some fresh royal jelly thinking it would be a big help and I got anxiety bad from it. Waited a few days and took it again to be sure, same thing.
