furthermore, when i have a flare up of candida, i get leg cramps and heart palpitations. i'm not going to stop taking magnesium, because i think the candida is sapping it from my body to build biofilms.

instead, i believe the answer is to supply the magnesium while fighting candida via other means, like drinking lemon water, taking olive leaf extract, oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract, and -- most importantly -- eating a low carb diet that excludes things like sucrose, fructose, grains, potatoes, rice and dairy products.

it's also essential, in my opinion, to add probiotics directly to the colon via retention enemas (held overnight) and if possible do fecal transplants with a healthy donor, to rid one's self of candida.
