senna, high dose C don't seem good long term strategies. I would also guess the same magnesium citrate.
I have tried very high fat (goose fat/coconut oil/etc) and low protein and zero carb and I would say I am probably slightly less bloated with this, maybe due to a reduction in fibre. But still as constipated/fatigued/etc. Also it is difficult to get all the micro nutrients this way.
Any advice on things I could take high dose for a long period of time? I am going to try high doses of triphala anyway to see the effect. You know the reason why it shouldn't be taken in high doses?
