Re: Candida, Turpentine and Lactulose
UPDATE!
The
Turpentine and Lactulose idea was a stupid one. Who'd of funk it?! Made me feel groggy and sick for some reason...
I'm not going to bother with
Turpentine any more, I've never seen any benefits from using it...
However!
I had a lactulose enema, and that has been a different story.
It has given me terrible die off (probably killing off the lactulose I had the day before orally). But I see this as a good thing! Lactulose makes the colon more acidic, which the yeast beast doesn't like. It also cures my constipation, and lowers my ammonia levels. SO whilst the die off was bad, next time I hope it won't be as bad... (I was aching all over and could barely move the die off was that strong!)
However a few hours later and my head is much clearer, and the aches have gone. I'll update again after my next enema.
I simply added about 300 ml of lactulose to 700 ml of warm tap water....
Hopefully will cure my liver problems, which at the minure are worse than the candida, but I know candida is the cause!
