Day 4...
So I've realised I've posted this in the debate forum by accident (I blame the brain fog) but I'm going to carry on posting! Is anyone reading?! I don't know. But I kind of like keeping a little journal of my fight with candida.
So, today I said I'd do another enema. But I didn't. I just felt too tired. I can't remember what I googled, but I eventually came across liver flushes.
As I had ginger, garlic and olive oil in the cupboard, I decided to chop a bunch up and mix the oil with water, then I spooned in the garlic and ginger, swigging the olive oil and water as I went.
I've not has a "movement" as of yet. But my brain is already clearer, though still not 100%.
I've decided that tomorrow I'll do another lactulose enema to get
Liver Flush (and stones hopefully) out. But I'm also going to buy some
Epsom Salts .
I watched a youtube video of this German guy saying how an insuffiency of bile can lead to candida, with
liver stones being calcified bile... Well. It all makes sense to me somehow!
I've had problems with my liver for years. I first went yellow when I was about 22 for some unknown reason, so I went to the doctor and she told me I had Gilberts Syndrome, nothing to worry about.
But now I think this could have played a part in my candida. Hopefully the
Liver Flushes will play a part in conquering this candida... If I don't get well soon... Well... Best not to think about it...
I'm going to buy some Syntol (tried Candex before and threelac) to try and establish a positive gut flora. And I'm going to try laterosporus, heard good things about that.
But whilst I'm getting at the colon and intestines, I'm going to do the liver flushes, along with the lactulose enemas... I'm basically doing everything I can think of to get better!!!
I've already tried candex, threelac, turpentine, hydrogen peroxide and vitamins, and the diet. But still ill.
Time to break out the big guns! I also read on here of someone using coconut oil instead of olive oil in the flush, so I'm definately going to try that.
I have some cold pressed coconut oil (the solid kind) downstairs that I use for cooking, so I might just eat the lot at once... And see what happens!
Any tips on what I should be doing would be much appreciated. Anyone with experience of moving beyond just the diet...
I need my life back!!! Brain fog still here... I can't go back to work if I still feel like crap.
